About Healthy Prep Made Simple

Meal prep is sold as a lifestyle and delivered as a pile of plastic boxes. We are more interested in what actually saves time on a Wednesday night.

We compare containers, kitchen tools and small appliances on durability, cleaning effort and whether they survive a dishwasher. Recommendations are based on usefulness, not on the size of the affiliate payout.
